Terms and Conditions

Shipments are sent on a bi-weekly basis from Toronto, Canada. If your order was received after a shipment went out, add two weeks on to the delivery time stated.
An email confirmation will be sent from once the DVD is mailed. The email contains important information about supporting documents for the DVD.
If you purchase the wrong selection for your country, we will refund the money. Please select the correct option for where you live.
If you have any issues, concerns or problems, please contact us directly.
Please make sure that your address is entered correctly upon purchase. Any failures to do so may result in the DVD not reaching you. If the address error is proven to be our fault, we will pay the second postage (this will happen if a DVD is returned to us). If the address error was you fault, we will invoice you for the cost of standard postage and when payment is received we will send it again.
Thrill the World is not responsible for the late arrival of packages or items that are lost in the post.
If you purchased an Express or Super Express package send an email to stating your full name, mailing address as it appears on PayPal and your Phone Number, as that ensures your "guarantee" that it will be delivered on time by the Postal Service.
If the wrong address was on your PayPal account, simply email us at with your full name and the new address. If your DVD was already mailed to the incorrect address due to customer error, the customer must pay the second postage. An invoice will be sent.
All payments are done through PayPal.com. Thrill the World can NOT take payments directly. Thrill the World does not receive your credit card info through PayPal.
