All shipping options include a Tracking ID which will be emailed to you.
- Shipping for residents of Canada $35.00 CAD. Allow for 2-4 days for delivery from date it is mailed..
- Shipping for residents of USA $43.00 CAD. Allow for 3-5 days for delivery from date it is mailed.
- Shipping for International residents (outside of Canada & USA) $77.00 CAD. Allow for 7-14 days for delivery, depending on country, from date it is mailed.
NOTES:
- Price includes 1 DVD and SHIPPING & HANDLING.
- 1 DVD contains 1 disc which has all the video clips. It used to be on 2 discs, but since June 2009 all video clips are on 1 disc.
- If you wish to purchase 2 or more DVDs you must purchase them separately and they will be shipped separately.
- Start counting delivery days the day AFTER your package has been SENT, not the day you purchased it. Allow for 1 week processing time before the DVD is shipped.
A new DVD of the same dance steps will be filmed sometime in 2010.
Please keep in mind a few things:
1. MOST IMPORTANT: include your PHONE NUMBER in “notes to merchant.” A phone number is your only way to guarantee that it’s delivered on time and if it’s not, contact the post office to request a refund. But you can not get a refund if you did not provide a phone number with your order.
2. Double check that your shipping address on your PayPal account is valid and correct. TTW is not responsible for address errors.
3. Shipments are sent from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
4. Shipments will usually be sent out twice weekly. Meaning, if you purchase on Monday AFTER the shipment has been sent your DVD will be included in the next shipment.
5. The PRICE INCLUDES THE DVD AND POSTAGE.
6. All postage options include Tracking ID for your package. Yes, this costs more, and unfortunately, international shipping from Canada costs a fair bit, but Thrill The World will no longer offer shipping without tracking ID for your and our protection of the purchased goods.
7. The DVD contains all the video clips as shown on http://www.youtube.com/inessens aside from one modification: the intro video has been reformatted on the DVD and the “thank you” clip has been removed. You’re not missing anything.
8. All the video clips now fit on ONE DISC. The Supporting Documents refer to Disc 1 & 2, but as of June 2009 all video clips fit on ONE disc.
9. The DVD plays in all regions. It’s been sold and used on every continent except for Antarctica.
10. If there is a problem with your DVD please contact before complaining to PayPal. Why? In a few instances, people have made more work and trouble for themselves by complaining to PayPal because they didn’t know all the facts before they complained. If you email TTW first and we can’t resolve it, by all means go to PayPal, but please contact us first so things don’t get more messy than they need to be, for both of us. :)
