In addition to the tutorial videos available on the site and on DVD, we’ve prepared some free MP3 files to help you rehearse along to the Thrill the World dance script.
There are 3 variations to the main Thriller song, each at 4 speeds, allowing you to start slow and work up to regular speed.
Thriller with cueing: Vocal track reading the Official Thrill the World Dance Script on top of the single of Michael Jackson’s Thriller.
Cueing only: Vocal track reading the Official Thrill the World Dance Script.
Thriller only: The radio single of Michael Jackson’s Thriller.
All the songs are available to listen to or download below - or you can add the podcast to your audio player and download them directly:

If you wish to use the original radio single of Thriller, as it is used in these videos, you’ll need to purchase a copy of the song. Make sure you use the version that is 5 minutes 58 seconds long (give or take a second). Most important, is that when you dance to the track, the choreography matches the sections of music exactly as in the Thrill The World videos. There was a group that used the Thriller song from his “Number 1s” album and the intro was 16 counts shorter so all the choreography was off.
Event organizers will be emailed the song we will use for on the day of Thrill The World. If we are close to reaching our goal of 200,000 people worldwide we will use the 5:58 minute version of the radio single. If we are not close, we’ll use the 3 minute version and we’ll still set new world records and break last year’s records!
