Trefor:
“I just had to let you know how impressed I was with your organization and hosting of today’s event. Well done indeed. I’m inspired by your devotion, vision and your wonderful personality. ...you did it, big time, and next year will be even bigger.”
Cynthia:
“Thank you. A thousand times thank you. Although my shoulders are still a little achy, and I haven’t exercised that much in a year, I thank you. It was the most amazing day and so well organized that we were incredibly impressed. Thanks for having this idea, and running all the way with it!!!!!!!”
Dylan:
“I really felt I accomplished something. It was great!”
Piya:
“The whole set-up was good, especially having a team leader for a smaller group of people. The word association with the moves really helped too. All the instructors were also really encouraging and patient, which was cool and helpful. The task of learning this big complicated dance became much less daunting. Nothing but congratulations on finally getting to do this and I look forward to zombies taking over the world one day.”
Vivi:
“Thank you! You allowed many people the feeling of happiness, energized and united. I was still pumped the next two days! I can only imagine how difficult it is to teach that many strangers a complete dance in those few hours but you did it!
Rachel:
“I’m glad you had a dream realized… not everyone gets that chance!”
Sarah:
“Thank you so much for all you hard work to make Thrill Toronto happen. I had an amazing day and feel honoured to have been part of it all. You continue to amaze and inspire me.”
Michelle:
“It was super fun and a great experience...not to mention the best workout ever!”
Paul:
“Thank you so much for your excellent teaching and wonderful leadership today...I certainly found myself at the edge of my skills in learning that choreography, but I had a blast, I’m glad I did it.”
Polina:
“I am writing to thank you for being such an inspiration and for making this event happen. I know it meant something for everyone there.”
*Please note that most of the participants at Thrill Toronto had no prior formal dance training.
